All Graduands for the 20th Graduation Ceremony of Kyambogo University
The Academic Registrar with great pleasure informs Graduands, Parents/Guardians and the General Public that the 20th Graduation Ceremony shall take place from Tuesday 10th to Friday 13th December, 2024 from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at the University Graduation Grounds.

The students who shall have satisfied their examiners and qualify for graduation shall be required to verify, confirm and where necessary update the following information: academic data; spelling of names; date of birth and passport size photographs captured on their respective student portal.
The deadline for students to clear for Graduation is Wednesday 20th November, 2024. The following are the fees payable by the Graduands:

- Graduation fee – 100,000/=
- Transcript fee – 30,000/=
- Certificate fee – 30,000/=
- Convocation fee – 10,000/=
Note that: Graduands for both Postgraduate and Undergraduate shall be presented according to their respective Faculties/School on the following days:
