All Graduands for the 21th Graduation Ceremony of Kyambogo University
The Academic Registrar, with great pleasure, informs Graduands, Parents/Guardians, and the General Public that the 21st Graduation Ceremony shall take place from Wednesday, 10th to Thursday, 11th December 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at the University Graduation Grounds.
Registration for Graduation is online using the following link: “Register-Kyambogo University Graduation 2025“.

The students who shall have satisfied their examiners and qualify for graduation shall be required to verify, confirm and where necessary update the following information: academic data; spelling of names; date of birth and passport size photographs captured on their respective student portal.
The deadline for students to clear for Graduation is Monday, 17th November 2025. The following are the fees payable by the Graduands:

- Graduation fee – 100,000/=
- Transcript fee – 30,000/=
- Certificate fee – 30,000/=
- Convocation fee – 10,000/=
Note that: Graduands for both Postgraduate and Undergraduate shall be presented according to their respective Faculties/School on the following days:
